Expedition 22
For just $22, players could pick up nine critically acclaimed PC titles worth over $150, with 100% of proceeds going directly to Gold Standard-certified environmental projects restoring native forests and protecting wildlife. Participating games included Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice (Ninja Theory), Monument Valley 2 + Audio Tracks (ustwo games) and For The King (Curve Games).

Green Game Showcase
Thanks to the generosity of gamers, studios, platforms, and global viewers, our first-ever Green Games Showcase at Summer Game Fest 2025 raised an incredible $150,000 for Gold Standard-certified sustainability projects. Hosted by games journalist Will Freeman, the Showcase shined a spotlight on the games that are leading the way in environmental engagement.

Global superstar Demi Lovato has been just one of the many faces of our Make Green Moves (MGM) initiative, an ambitious campaign that unites the worlds of music, video games, and sustainability to inspire real-world action. Demi’s exclusive in-game avatars appeared in a range of popular titles, offering gamers and fans the opportunity to support Gold Standard-certified environmental projects with every download.

International pop star Joe Jonas also teamed up with the world’s leading video game studios to support our Make Green Moves (MGM) campaign. Dozens of smash hit games launched exclusive characters, skins, badges and other items featuring Joe’s likeness for players to download, with all proceeds invested into fully certified Gold Standard environmental projects.

Legendary actor David Hasselhoff, aka The Hoff, stepped up to the environmental plate, with some of the world’s most awesome game studios offering special green content featuring him within their games. Think new characters, costumes, and cool in-game objects – all exclusive to Make Green Moves! The best part? 100% of the proceeds went towards Gold Standard-certified environmental projects.

Fat Joe
Lockwood, in collaboration with PlanetPlay and Fat Joe, released exclusive Fat Joe items in Avakin Life. This innovative feature not only brought Fat Joe’s style into the game, enhancing the gameplay experience, but also served a greater cause: each purchase contributed to the fight against climate change, blending entertainment with environmental activism.

J Balvin
SYBO, in collaboration with PlanetPlay and J Balvin, unveiled an exclusive J Balvin avatar within smash hit mobile game Subway Surfers. This not only brought J Balvin's music into the game: he was turned into a playable character, who went on to be the most successful in-app purchase in Subway Surfers' history. Each purchase of the avatar contributed to Gold Standard-certified environmental projects.

Game Legend
Ian Livingstone is a legendary figure in the global games industry and a pioneer of interactive entertainment. He co-founded Games Workshop in 1975, launched Dungeons & Dragons in Europe, and co-created the bestselling Fighting Fantasy gamebook series, which has sold over 20 million copies worldwide. As Executive Chairman of Eidos, he helped bring iconic games like Tomb Raider to the world, and today he continues to shape the future of gaming as a General Partner at Hiro Capital.
