PlanetPlay receives Commitment to ESG Award at the TIGA Games Industry Awards 2025

PlanetPlay is honoured to have received the ‘Commitment to ESG’ award at the TIGA Games Industry Awards 2025, which took place on Tuesday, November 4th in London.

The TIGA Awards celebrate creative, technical and business excellence in the UK games sector, highlighting the achievements of studios, publishers, educational institutions, and service providers across a wide range of categories.

This year’s event showcased the talent, innovation and ambition of the industry, with finalists spanning genres from Action and Adventure to Puzzle, VR/XR, Strategy and more, as well as business categories recognising leadership, education, diversity, recruitment and technical innovation.

In addition to receiving the Commitment to ESG Award, PlanetPlay was proud to be shortlisted in the following categories alongside some amazing industry peers:

Best Services Provider

Best Education/Serious/Simulation Game (alongside our friends at Lockwood Publishing for our Avakin Life collab) 

Outstanding Leadership (Rhea Loucas, PlanetPlay CEO)

This recognition belongs to everyone who has joined us on this mission: our studio, publisher and platform partners, and the players who bring it to life. Together we’re proving that games can be a force for good whether that’s through sustainability, education, community, or accessibility.
